𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞: 95–100°C (203–212°F) — use freshly boiled water
𝐓𝐞𝐚-𝐭𝐨-𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨: ~5g tea per 100ml water (adjust to taste)

Rinse First: Quickly rinse the leaves once (~3 seconds) to awaken the aroma

牛栏坑肉桂,是武夷岩茶肉桂中的王者,有着非常独特的温柔气息、桂皮香坚挺、茶汤醇厚、汤水顺滑,是武夷山其他地方肉桂无法比拟和模仿的。其茶香,是细幽,温和,悠久。
首先、是水的选择,用矿物质充分的矿泉水
第二,冲泡的茶具最好选择白瓷盖碗,可以更好地把“牛肉”骨子里的香气激发出来。
第三、是投茶量的控制,一般来说一泡8克茶叶量,但也要根据茶具的容量以及喝茶人数微调。
第四、“牛肉”以香辣桂皮味而出名,所以泡它的水一定是100摄氏度的开水,如此才能真正把肉桂的香味泡出。
第五、坐杯时间可以根据自己的口味而定,但不能太长,否则会把肉桂茶香掩盖.
