𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞: 95–100°C (203–212°F) — use freshly boiled water

𝐓𝐞𝐚-𝐭𝐨-𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨: ~5g tea per 100ml water (adjust to taste)

𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝: Gaiwan or small Yixing clay teapot

Rinse First: Quickly rinse the leaves once (~3 seconds) to awaken the aroma

1st infusion: 8–10 seconds

2nd–4th: 10–15 seconds

5th-7th: gradually increase time by 5–10 seconds

注:浸泡时间过长容易苦涩,茶叶克数过少造成茶叶无味太淡!
